and also to this court came the aforesaid Thos Fisher and humbly sought from the lord admittance to 1a of customary land with appurtenances lying in Longland held by copy of court roll of this manor according to the surrender as set out above to whom the lord by his said steward granted thereof seisin to him to have and to hold the said premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid Thos Fisher his heirs and assigns forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
