item they present that Thos Prior has not mended his fence against the land of Jn Read as the precept was made to him at the last court therefore he forfeits 10s and furthermore at this court it is ordained that he should mend the aforesaid fence well and sufficiently before the time of the purification next following upon penalty of 10s
