item it is presented that the aforesaid Thos Prior let lie his fish water in his yard to the grave annoyance of Jn Read therefore it is ordained that he cleans the said place of the said water before the end of the nativity next and furthermore he should not let lie there any water to the said detriment upon pain of forfeiting to the lord 10s
