and also to this court came Edw Griggs and Ann his wife and Ann herself solely secretly and legitimately examined and acknowledged by the said steward according to the custom of the said manor and surrendered into the hands of the lord all their rights and interests of and in one messuage called Filbrigg Windmillhill and one garden called Lophams with appurtenances held by copy of a roll of this same court to the use and behoof of the lord of the said manor his heirs and assigns forever
