and also to this court came Robt Parker customary tenant of the same manor and in full and open court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward one tenement called Mordons sometime of Hen Layer and half of a parcel of land called Tollhouse Green lately built on containing in length 6rod and in breadth 12ft to the use and behoof of Robt Parker himself and Joan now his wife and the heirs of the longer liver upon which into this court sitting came the aforesaid Robt Parker and Joan and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the said premises to whom the lord of this same manor by his said steward granted to them seisin thereof to have the said premises to themselves and the heirs of the longer liver forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord their fine and made fealty and were admitted thereof tenants of the lord
