whereas at a view with court here held monday 23.9.1611 Frances Greene and Marcia Greene daughters and coheirs of Wm Greene at that time deceased by Ann Greene their mother and deputy for that admission were tenants of the lord for themselves and the heirs of their bodies legitimately procreated in coparcenary to one messuage with garden adjoining lying in Colne St late of Wm Boone alias Brome and afterwards of Jn Bieston and to 3a of enclosed last adjoining Hinds Land with appurtenances and whereas also at that same court custody then of the bodies of the aforesaid Frances and Marcia and the said lands was committed to the aforesaid Ann Greene their mother during the minority of the same Frances and Marcia as by a copy of a roll of the said court it was clearly shown now it is shown by the homage of this court that the said Frances died seised before this court and after the last court of the purport or half of the premises in the said form and that the aforesaid Marcia is her sister and next heir thereof according to the custom of the said manor and also at this time is under age being viz of the age of years or thereabouts and that the aforesaid Ann Greene mother and guardian of the same also died upon which now came the aforesaid Marcia Greene in person and sought admittance for herself to the said half or purport of the premises late of the aforesaid Frances her sister to whom the same said Marcia at her petition the lord by his steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have to herself and the heirs of her body legitimately procreated to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents customs and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and she gave to the lord her fine for her entry as is shown in the margin and she was admitted thereof tenant etc but because she is under age her fealty was respited and upon this custody of the body of the aforesaid Marcia and of the said premises during her minority was granted to Humph Taylor her uncle at his petition who also paid the fine and fealty and was admitted etc
