to this court also came the said Elias Savyl in person and in this same full court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward one shop called The Forge adjoining the said cottage called Charles Paines to the use and behoof of the aforesaid Joan Summers wife of Jn Summers her heirs and assigns forever to whom the same said Joan present here in court the lord by his steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have to herself and her heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents customs and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and she gave to the lord her fine as is shown in the margin     and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant etc
