whereas at a view with court here held 8.4.1619 Agnes Bullock was admitted tenant of the lord for her lifetime and after her decease to Jn Bullock the son of the said Jn and Agnes who was admitted in remainder to as tenant of the lord for herself and her heirs to certain customary lands called Husses with appurtenances as by copy of a roll of the said court clearly shows now at this court it is shown by the homage that the said Agnes after the last court and before this court died thus seised thereof and that Jn Bullock son of the said Jn and Agnes is under the age of 21years viz aged 13years or thereabouts upon which came here into court the aforesaid Jn Bullock the father and sought custody both of the body of the said Jn and of the said lands to be committed to him by the grace of the court as guardian of the said Jn and of the said lands at whose petition the lord in court graciously consented and by his said steward granted and delivered to him the said custody by the rod to have to himself until the said Jn the son should reach the full age of 21years to find for the said Jn the son food clothing and all other necessaries and then rendering to him an account of the profits of the said land of the said Jn when he reaches full age and furthermore to pay to the lord all rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and for such custody the said Jn Bullock the father gave to the lord his fine etc
