and afterwards in the same court and the court sitting came Jn Somerson son and heir of the said Jn Somerson and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward the said messuage and other premises with appurtenances to the use and behoof of the said Wm Harlakenden and Smythea and the heirs of the said Wm forever notwithstanding by the lord's licence for himself and his heirs and assigns he remised released and quitclaimed all right estate interest and demand whatsoever of and in the said messuage and other lands with appurtenances to the said Wm Harlakenden and Smythea and the heirs and assigns of the said Wm forever and for such a licence the said Wm and Smythea illegible text paid# a fine and afterwards the court sitting and in full and open court the said 100li illegible text according to the tenor of the will is to be equally divided and distributed between Jn Somerson Edw Francis and Margery who were the remaining children of the said Jn Somerson at the time of the sale
