and afterwards into the same court came the aforesaid Ann Fish and surrendered the said 3p with appurtenances into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward to the use and behoof of the said Ann and Jn Fish son of the said Ann and to the heirs of the said Ann and Jn forever to whom present in the court the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have to themselves and their heirs forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the customs of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave the lord their fine and the said Ann made fealty and they were admitted tenants
