and furthermore it was shown by the homage that Jn Bridge who held to himself and his heirs at the will of the lord etc certain lands and tenements with appurtenances called Parkefeild and Chewnesland after the last court and before this court viz 2.4.1634 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Robt Crowe instead of the bailiff in the presence of Edw Cressner and Ambrose Waller two customary tenants of the said manor according to the custom of the said manor the said lands and tenements called Parkefeild and Chewneslands or by whatever name or names they are called with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Roger Harlakenden gentleman his heirs and assigns forever to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have the said lands and tenements with appurtenances to himself and his heirs forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the customs of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted tenant
