and furthermore whereas at a court here held 1.9.1628 Jeff Potter and Ann his wife were admitted tenants of the lord for their lifetime to one parcel of customary land called Pondecroft also Pondfield by the surrender of Jn Potter brother of the said Jeff which surrender was made to the use of the last will and testament of the said Jn according to the tenor and effect of the last will and testament of the said Jn according as it is clearly shown by the said court roll now at this court it is shown by the homage that after the last court and before this court the said Jeff Potter and Ann died seised thereof
