and furthermore whereas at the said court here held 3.1.1637 as said above the said Eliz Mary Thomasine and Dorothy were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and their heirs to one messuage or tenement with barn orchard and garden adjoining the same with appurtenances called Dynes according as is shown by the said court roll now at this court it is shown by the homage that the said Wm Lumpkin and Thomasine his wife after the last court and before this court viz 18.4.1637 Thomasine herself now at this court solely and secretly examined by the said steward as is the custom surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Thos Fisher instead of the bailiff in the presence of the said Edw Cressner senior and Thos Smith two customary tenants of the said manor according to the customs of the said manor all their part and share of the said messuage or tenement and barn orchard and garden with appurtenances called Dynes by name all that messuage with barn orchard and garden called Dynes to the use and behoof of the said Edw Cressner junior his heirs and assigns forever and furthermore to this court came the said Jos Wiseman and Eliz his wife Jn Beckwith and Mary his wife and Thos Theneth and Dorothy his wife Eliz Mary and Dorothy themselves solely and secretly examined by the steward of the said court as is the custom and they surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward the said messuage or tenement with barn orchard and garden called Dynes and all their parts and shares of the said messuage barn orchard and garden with appurtenances to the use and behoof of the said Edw Cressner junior his heirs and assigns to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said messuage or tenement and other premises with appurtenances to the said Edw Cressner junior his heirs and assigns forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the customs of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted tenant
