and furthermore whereas at a court here held 9.4.1618 Rich Parker and Eliz Crabb whom the said Rich was to marry were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and the heirs of their bodies legitimately procreated to one customary tenement and 10a of land lying next to Colne Park called Pakes Gate with appurtenances the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said Rich Parker according as is clearly shown by the said court roll now at this court it is shown by the homage that after the said court and before this court the said Rich Parker took to wife the said Eliz and afterwards and before this court died without heirs of his body legitimately procreated with the said Eliz and that the said Eliz herself survived and to this day is alive and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Margt Till wife of Robt Till and eldest sister of the said Rich Parker Rich Parkinson son and heir of Agnes Bullocke deceased second sister of the said Rich Parker Jane Durden and Beatrix Durden daughters and coheirs of Jane Durden third sister of the said Rich Parker deceased and Ann Bentall wife of Geo Bentall and daughter and heir of Ann Kent deceased youngest sister of the said Rich Parker are kinsfolk and coheirs of the said Rich Parker and have the right to the reversion or remainder of the said tenement and 10a of land with appurtenances after the decease of the said Eliz whereupon here into court came the said Margt Till Rich Parkinson and Ann Bentall and humbly sought admittance to their separate parts and shares of the reversion or remainder of the premises to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold their said parts and shares with appurtenances to the said Margt Rich and Ann and their heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the customs of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed with the said remainder or reversion thereof to come into their possession and they gave to the lord their fine etc and afterwards in the same court and the court sitting came the said Robt Till and Margt his wife Rich Parkinson and Geo Bentall and Ann his wife Margt and Ann by themselves solely and secretly examined by the steward of the said court as is the custom and surrendered into the hands of the lord by his said steward their said parts and shares and all right title estate and demand of the said Robt Margt Rich Geo and Ann and any of them in and to the said tenements and 10a of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Jacob knight his heirs and assigns forever
