and furthermore whereas at a court here held 30.5.1637 as said above the said Edw Cressner was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to one messuage or tenement with barn orchard and garden with appurtenances called Daynes as is shown by the said court roll now at this court it is shown by the homage that after the said court and before this court the said Edw Cressner died seised thereof without heirs of his body procreated and that Geo Cressner is his brother and next heir and is of full age who present here in court humbly sought admittance to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the said messuage and other premises with appurtenances to the said Geo Cressner his heirs and assigns forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the customs of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted tenant
