whereas at a court here held 7.1.1649 it was presented by the homage that Jane Durden wife of Robt Durden and one of the sisters and coheirs of Rich Parker deceased who held for herself and her heirs in reversion after the decease of Eliz Wyseman widow one quarter part of one meadow with appurtenances called Pakes Gate Meade from the lord before the said court died seised thereof and that Jane Richoll wife of Thos Richoll and Beatrix Durden are her daughters and coheirs and whereas at the said court it was shown that the said Eliz after the then last court died as is shown by the said court roll now to this court came the said Jane Richoll through Gamaliel Parker in the part of her attorney and the said Beatrix in person and humbly sought admittance to the said quarter part of the said meadow with appurtenances to whom that is the same Jane by the hands of her attorney and to the said Beatrix in person the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said quarter part of meadow with appurtenances to the said Jane and Beatrix and their heirs in coparcenary from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord their fines
