and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Edw Cressner gentleman who held for himself and his heirs divers lands and customary tenements held from the said manor after the last court died seised thereof and that Geo Cressner gentleman is his son and heir and of full age upon which proclamation was three times made for the second time according to the custom of the said manor that the said Geo should come to take the premises from the hands of the lord and should agree with the lord concerning the fine but he did not come therefore precept to the bailiff of the said manor to seize the premises into the hands of the lord
