and further at this court it was presented that Eliz Stephens the wife of Jn Stephens the elder who held to her and her heirs certain customary tenements after the last court died thereof so seised and that Jn Stephens the younger is her son and heir but because after proclamation thrice made according to the custom of the said manor the said Jn Stephens came not to be admitted therefore a precept is made to the bailiff
