and further at this court it was presented by the homage that Jn Pilgrim held to him and his heirs one messuage and certain lands and tenements customary after the last court died so seised but because none came after proclamation thrice made to be admitted to the said premises therefore a precept was directed to the bailiff to seize the said messuage and lands into the lord's hands etc
