and further at this court it was presented by the homage that Geo Cockerill who held to him and his heirs freely for fealty suit of court and the yearly rent of 1s6d one messuage with the appurtenances thereunto belonging called Coeland House died thereof so seized by reason thereof there is due to the lord for a relief 1s6d and a precept was made to the bailiff to demand the same
