at this court it was presented by the homage that Ambrose Waller who held to him and his heirs one messuage and one garden thereunto belonging called Morses and one parcel of land being a yard adjoining to the said messuage on the east and containing by estimation 20p and enclosed with pales about two years since died so seised and that Martha Gibson and Susan Gibson the daughters of Grace Gibson eldest daughter of the said Ambrose and Rachel Greene youngest daughter of the said Ambrose and wife of Hugh Greene are the right heirs of the said Ambrose whereupon the said Martha and Rachel in their own persons and the said Susan by the said Martha as her deputy did come and desired to be admitted tenants to the said messuage garden and parcel of land with the appurtenances to which the said Martha and Rachel in their own persons and to the said Susan by the hand of her said deputy the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold one moiety of the said messuage garden and parcel of land with the appurtenances to the said Martha and Susan and their heirs and to have and to hold the other moiety of the said messuage and garden and parcel of land with the appurtenances to the said Rachel and her heirs in coparcenary of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs due and accustomed and they gave to the lord for a fine and because the said Martha and Susan are within the age of twenty-one years that is to say the said Martha of the age of 15yrs and the said Susan of the age of 11yrs or thereabouts the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant the custody of the bodies of the said Martha and Susan and of the said moiety of the said premises to Susan Waller widow their grandmother until they shall severally attain their full age if the said Susan Waller shall so long live to hold of the lord of the said manor by the rents and services due and yielding to them at their said respective ages a true account of the rents and profits of the said premises and for the custody the said Susan Waller gave to the lord for a fine
