at this court it was presented by the homage that Xoph Alderidge and Eliz his wife customary tenants of the said manor of certain tenements are dead and who have right to the same they know not and because after proclamation thrice made according to the custom of the said manor none came to be admitted tenants to the same a precept was made to seize the said tenements into the hands of the lord of the said manor
