at this court it was presented by the homage that Rich Harvy customary tenant of the said manor after the last general court viz 4.7.1662 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Arth Turner instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Wm Adams and Jn Izarson two customary tenants of the said manor the same testifying etc all that parcel of land called a garden plot then in the tenure of Wm Roote to the wishes uses and intention in his last will and testament of the said Rich declared or to be declared
