at this court it was shown by the homage that Grace Waight late wife of Thos Waight who held for herself and the heirs of her body procreated etc by copy of court roll bearing date 3.11.1657 one tenement called Golds and curtilage garden and orchard with appurtenances pertaining to the said tenement died about three years ago thus seised thereof and that Sarah now wife of Isaac Payne Ann Waight and Grace wife of Walt Abram are her daughters and coheirs to whom the same said Sarah Ann and Grace Abram by the hands of the said Isaac in the part of their attorney and deputy the lord of the said manor by the said steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the said tenement and other premises with appurtenances to the said Sarah Ann and Grace Abram and the heirs of their bodies legitimately procreated in coparcenary from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord their fines but their fealty was respited
