freely by charter fealty and the rent of 2s6d per annum died thus seised thereof whence a relief is due to the lord as is shown in the margin
and that
Edw Potter
is son and heir of the said
Edw
deceased who present in court acknowledged the said lands and paid to the lord for the relief |
