and afterwards in this court and in full court the said Jn Carter came and by the rod surrendered the said cottage or tenement aforesaid into the hands of the lord by the steward aforesaid to the use of Mary Went wife of Jn Went and her heirs and assigns forever which same Mary here in court petitioned admittance etc to whom by the steward seisin is delivered to have and to hold the cottage and premises etc to the said Mary her heirs and assigns of the lord etc and she gave the lord for fine etc
