whereas at a court here held 22.4.21Chas2 Robt Wade was admitted to him and his heirs to one customary messuage and one backside containing by estimation 6p with buildings belonging to the messuage once Rich Walker's and late in the tenure of Nath King now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Robt Wade died before this court and that Robt Wade is his son and heir who present in court petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the messuage aforesaid etc to the said Robt Wade his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine
