and afterwards into this court came the said Jn Cannon and Frances his wife the said Frances solely and secretly examined and consenting etc and surrendered into the lord's hands by the steward the said cottage etc to the use of Thos Rayner junior his heirs and assigns forever and the said Thos here in court petitioned admittance to whom by the steward seisin is delivered to have and to hold the said cottage etc to the said Thos Rayner his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
