whereas at a court here held 2.10.1643 Hannah Hunt after the wife of Wm Stebbing senior gentleman was admitted to her and her heirs to one croft of land with a barn thereon built called Olivers Croft containing by estimation 2a more of less now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Hannah has died and that Wm Stebbing junior is her son and heir and aged 18yrs upon which came here into court the said Wm Stebbing junior by Wm Stebbing senior his father and his attorney and deputy and humbly petitioned admittance to whom the steward delivered seisin to have and to hold the said croft with barn etc to the said Wm Stebbing junior his heirs and assigns forever of the lord etc and he gave for fine etc
