and because the said Wm Stebbing junior is within age therefore the lord granted the custody of the tenement aforesaid to the said Wm Stebbing senior until the said Wm Stebbing the son reaches his full age and the steward delivered seisin by the rod etc to have without waste etc and the said Wm Stebbing senior gave the lord for fine etc
