whereas at a court here held 3Chas1 Wm Addams senior was admitted to him and his heirs to 1r of land lying between lands called Heyhouse and the park gate now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Wm died before this and that Wm Addams junior is his son and heir to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the said lands etc to the said Wm Addams the son his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
