whereas at a special court here held 8.10.1672 Jn Pigg was admitted to him and his heirs to one parcel of customary land called Spriggs Garden in which there is a pond adjoining a free tenement called Scriveners now at this court it is presented by the homage that 3.1.1673 the said Jn Pigg surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Sam London instead of the bailiff in the presence of Geo Cressener gentleman and Jn Finch two customary tenants etc the said premises to the use of Dorcas London her heirs and assigns forever upon which came here into court the said Dorcas and humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the said tenement etc to the said Dorcas London her heirs and assigns of the lord etc and she gave the lord for fine etc
