and after the admission aforesaid the said Ann Burton at this court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of the steward all that aforesaid parcel of lands called Ringers and the said tenement with a garden late in the occupation of Dan Ames to the use of Thos Bowes esq his heirs and assigns forever and upon this the said Thos Bowes by Robt Potter his attorney or deputy in this part humbly petitioned admittance to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the tenement and aforesaid parcel of land meadow and garden with appurtenances to the said Thos Bowes his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
