with appurtenances and at a court here held

it appeared to the homage that the said
Eliz Hunwick
surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Jas Wright
instead of the bailiff in the presence of
Hen Abbutt
and
Wm Adams
two customary tenants etc the said parcel of land with a cottage thereon built to the sole use of
Edw Stephens
his heirs and assigns forever now at this court came the said
Edw Stephens
and petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin to have and to hold the said parcel of land etc to the said
Edw Stephens
his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
