was admitted to him and his heirs to all that part of a customary tenement or cottage in which the said

with a yard and garden belonging late separated with a pale fence now at this court came the said
Jn Sillitoe
and in open court surrendered into the hand of the lord by the hands of
Jn Eldred
esq steward etc the said part of the tenement etc to the use of
Jn Hurst
senior his heirs and assigns forever upon which came the said
Jn Hurst
and humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the tenement and garden etc to the said
Jn Hurst
his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
