was admitted to her and her heirs to parcel of a cottage called
Rushefield
against the south viz to three ground floor rooms with a room above and to all the yard or garden pertaining to them which part of the yard aforesaid lies against the north to the middle of the chimney of the aforesaid house to a common way leading from Earls Colne to Great Tey as divided and at the last general court here held it appeared to the homage that the said
Prudence
lately died and that
Thos Fuller
now an infant aged 7yrs or thereabouts is her son and heir who present here in court humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the parcel of the said cottage etc to
Thos Fuller
and his heirs legitimately procreated and for defect of issue to the existing heirs of the body of the said
Prudence
the remainder as shown by the last will of
Hen Hutton
senior deceased of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
