widow or their assigns now at this court it appeared to the homage that

surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of
Jn Joselin
gentleman instead of the bailiff in the presence of
Ralph Josselin
clerk and
Jn Clarke
two customary tenants etc the messuage and garden etc to the use of
Robt Paine alias Allen
senior for and during the term of his life and after his death to the use of
Robt Paine alias Allen
junior son of the said

senior and his heirs and assigns forever upon which the said
Robt Paine
senior and
Robt Paine
junior humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin to have and to hold the said messuage etc to the said
Robt Paine alias Allen
senior for the term of his life and after his decease to the said
