senior his father and attorney or deputy in this part petitioned admittance etc to whom by his attorney the steward delivered seisin by the rod etc to have and to hold the said croft of land with appurtenances to the said
Hen Abbutt
junior his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave fine etc
