to the use of his last will etc now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said

died before this court upon which
Wm Stebbing
gentleman showed here in court the last will of the said
Joseph Hunt
made and dated

the tenor of which concerning the premises in the following english words item I give to my son in law
Wm Stebbing
all that my free messuage or tenement and gardens thereunto belonging with the appurtenances situate lying and being in Earls Colne in the said county and now in the tenure or occupation of
Wm Paretree
with a barn stable and part of a yard thereunto adjoining being copyhold holden of the manor of Earls Colne to hold to my said son in law
Wm Stebbing
to him and his heirs forever upon which the said
Wm Stebbing
humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the barn stable and part of the yard aforesaid to the said
Wm Stebbing
his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
