at a court held 27.12.1676 Edw Warren was admitted to one yard parcel of Jouldens containing in length 4p now at this court shown by the homage that the said Edw Warren surrendered on 26.3.1679 by Geo Toller gentleman instead of the bailiff in the presence of Ralph Josselin clerk and Robt Harris the said yard with appurtenances and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders and all estates right title interests proclaimed and claimed by the said Edw to Wm Tiffin of Earls Colne glazier his heirs and assigns forever who is present in court and seeks admittance and pays the fine etc
