| parcel of Garlands | at a court held 6.10.1673 Walt Pease was admitted to all that customary cottage or tenement containing a room with a certain yard extending from the east part of the cottage to a certain post lately erected and also to a fence where trees are growing with ways easements etc now in the occupation of Peake widow now at this court it appeared that he died after the last court so seised and that Jn Pease is his brother and heir which Jn by Jane his wife his attorney or deputy in this part is admitted etc and gave fine and fealty is respited |
