and after his admittance the said Jn surrendered the premises to the use of the said Jn for his life and after his death to the use of Esther Taylor his daughter and the heirs of the said Jn forever which Jn in person and the said Esther by Eldred Arris her attorney or deputy were admitted etc and gave fine etc
