at a court held here 19.10.1659 Robt Harris was admitted to him and his heirs to one messuage or customary tenement with appurtenances called Mordens and parcel of land called Tollhouse Green then used as yard of the said tenement now at this court it appears to the said homage that the said Robt Harris died after last court seised and Robt Harris is his son and heir who is present here in court admitted etc to Robt his heirs and assigns gave fine faith respited
