at a court held 27.11.1676 Jn Huske was admitted to him and his heirs to part of a customary tenement or cottage called Cocks with a yard adjacent late separated by pales in occupation of Fuller by a court held 28.3.1694 it appeared to the homage that said Jn Huske late died and that Jn Huske is his son and heir but he did not come and so proclamation made now to this court came said Jn Huske admitted to the said premises to Jn Huske and his heirs and assigns etc made his fealty
