by a court held 4.4.1670 Jn Huske was admitted to him and his heirs to one cottage or tenement with garden adjacent with appurtenances in Holtstreet in occupation of Alex Woolason at a court held 28.3.1694 it appeared to the homage that said Jn Huske late died seised and the said Jn Huske is his son and heir and the said Jn Huske is present here admitted to the premises etc to Jn Huske his heirs and assigns etc made fealty
