then at that court said Mary Brage was admitted for her life to croft or parcel of land with appurtenances called Bearecroft or otherwise containing by estimation 4a more or less abutting onto land of Edw Potter to the west onto another close called Bearecroft to the east onto land of Robt Harris and Wm Addams to north and onto lane called the Backlane to south remainder to Ann Andrews daughter of Dan Andrews gentleman and Mary his wife and to heirs of body of said Ann Andrews procreated with various other remainders now to this court it is testified by the steward and appears to homage that the said Nich Brage and Mary his wife Mary Andrews widow and the said Ann Andrews and Mary Brage first solely and secretly examined and agreeing surrendered etc said croft or parcel of land and pasture Bearecroft or otherwise containing by estimation 4a more or less and all their estate title interest possession reversions or remainders etc to sole use of Jn Parish his heirs and assigns forever which said Jn Parish humbly petitions etc admitted etc the orchard and croft said premises with appurtenances giving his fine etc
