and after in this court came said Jn Eldred junior and surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of said steward all and singular his premises thus in form aforesaid recovered to use of Jn Parish his heirs and assigns forever which plea the lord by the steward granted delivery of seisin by the rod to have and hold to said Jn Parish his heirs and assigns of the lord etc gives lord his fine etc
