and last at that court said Jn Parish after all such admissions and recoveries aforesaid surrendered by the rod into the lord's hand by hand of steward all and singular his premises and all other his customary lands and tenements and hereditaments held of the said manor use and uses here below specified viz to use of said Jn Parish for his life and after his death to use of Mary his wife for her life and after death of longer liver of them to the first second third and all and singular other sons and daughters of Jn Parish procreated of the body of said Mary and the heirs of the body and bodies of all and singular of those sons and daughters ascending according to seniority from the eldest son in that way and the heirs of his body and for default of such heirs to use of first second third and all and singular other sons and daughters of said Jn Parish procreated of the body of said Mary or to be procreated and the heirs of bodies of all and singular said sons and daughters according to seniority of said sons and daughters and the heirs of their bodies and for default of such heirs to use of Jn Parish his heirs and assigns forever and then the said Jn Parish and Mary his wife admitted etc to premises etc giving fine etc but fealty respited
