at court held 6.11.1679 Wm Fossett was admitted to him and his heirs to one pightle of land called Wards with cottage built on it abutting upon a garden then late Jn Bonners and now Wm Fossett's to south and onto common road to north and at court held here it appeared to that homage that said Wm Fossett then late died seised and that Rich Fossett was his eldest son and heir after proclamation was made etc now to this court came Rich Fossett and humbly petitions etc admitted to premises made fealty
