but that the said Nath King is an infant under age viz aged 6mth or thereabouts the lords by said deputy steward granted custody of the body of said Nath to his mother to have until Nath attains full age of one and twenty years from waste and stripping and giving account of profits etc when he reaches his full age and paying to lords rents etc meanwhile he gives lords fine etc
